Based off your goals, an action plan of daily and weekly tasks will be designed specifically for you. New habits will be created.
Train with Jade
Whether it is inside the gym or at home, a personalized program will be designed and modified just for you.
Re-evaluation
In order to reach your goals, you need to be on the right track. A re-assessment will be completed every few weeks to ensure you are reaching your goals.
